Our Detached Villa at El Raso, Campo de GuardamarA superb two bedroom, detached Villa on a  new development set in the heart of the "Parc Natural de la Mata y Torrevieja" and overlooking the Salt Lake itself. 

Close to the towns of Guardamar & Torrevieja, it is well away from the crowds but still close to the sea & sand of the Costa Blanca and within easy reach of all the major golf courses in the area.

 

The beach at Guardamar is one of the longest on the Costa Blanca. It is also tantalisingly close to the Golf courses of Villamartin, Campoamor & Las Ramblas and even closer to the newer courses of La Finca at Algorfa and La Marquesa at Quesada.

 

The lounge /dining area is approached from the outside terrace and is fitted with air conditioning and includes a leather sofa with two easy chairs & a coffee table, & TV. 

The 28" widescreen TV  has satellite TV and includes many UK TV Channels and Radio stations to keep you in touch.

 

The dining area is separate from the lounge and features a stylish dining table and chairs. The kitchen adjoins the dining area and enables communication via the hatch. 

 

 

Both bedrooms have air-conditioning and if you prefer, they also have ceiling fans.   Both bedrooms have fitted wardrobes with a combination of hanging space, shelves and drawers and full length mirrors. 

 

The master bedroom is equipped with a king-sized (5' ) bed and Mexican style furniture and situated on the first floor.

 

 

 

 

The other bedroom, on the ground floor, has twin beds and pine furniture.

The solarium is also accessed from the first floor and has sun loungers and a small drinks table.

 

The spacious "American" kitchen is fully equipped  with crockery and utensils, and has an electric oven, ceramic hob, fridge freezer and all the accessories you'd expect, electric kettle, toaster etc.  Adjoining the kitchen, in the utility, there is a washing machine, ironing board and iron and also a second fridge so you've plenty of space for cold drinks.  The water is good quality and we've added a water filter to improve the taste.

 

The main bathroom on the first floor has a bath with a thermostatic multifunction shower over. Downstairs the bathroom has a large shower enclosure also with thermostatic multifunction shower. Both bathrooms are fully tiled and have fitted vanity units. 

 

The front garden is enclosed, and has  a selection of trees and shrubs and a gated driveway for parking. The terrace has been extended and is now covered so you can both enjoy and be protected from the elements as required.  It enjoys the sun from noon to late and has a sensible sized patio table & soft seated comfortable chairs.

 

 

 

 A large open air community pool is generously sized, and is available for exclusive use of residents and guests at no extra charge. The main pool varies in depth from 1.2mtrs to 1.8mtrs (4-6 ft approx) with a children's pool attached and surrounded by a grassed garden area with a variety of trees.

The beaches to the north of Torrevieja are long and shallow and in common with most Costa Blanca Beaches are awarded the coveted "Blue Flag" each year for facilities and water quality. In Guardamar there are sand dunes and  historic pine forests close to the sea.

The community commercial centre is within walking distance (approx 1/2 mile) and already features a number of bars and restaurants. A wide variety of entertainment, bars  and restaurants are available in Guardamar or Quesada and Torrevieja is only a few minutes more.  Essentials can be bought close by whilst the nearest large supermarkets are Consum at Quesada and Mercadona in Guardamar about 4 kms away.

Bed linen and some towels are provided, but we ask guests to bring their own pool/beach towels.  Prices are inclusive of final cleaning.  Additional cleaning can be requested and paid for locally. 

We accept mid-week bookings and discounts are available - 7.5% for 3 Weeks and  10% for 4 Weeks - for longer contact us . Book early and we'll also give you a discount.

Please note that for the comfort of all our guests we have adopted a “No Smoking” policy for the Villa and pets are not allowed.
