A well equipped Villa in an extremely friendly neighbourhood, with the "Via Park" centre offering a selection of food from China, Italy, Tex-Mex and much more.

A beautiful second home made available by the owner for limited periods including the summer months. Fully equipped including UK & International TV. Suitable for up to six persons, and with full air-conditioning .

The villa is beautifully furnished and tastefully decorated which all makes for a delightful base for a holiday in the sun and the communal pool is a very short walk away (2 mins).

You'll probably use the front terrace for most casual meals (drinks!)

The dining area and lounge on the ground floor are furnished with an attractive natural dining table with four chairs and side dresser,  coffee table and a colour TV with International Cable TV selection and Satellite TV.  For good measure there is also a video player with a selection of video's,  books and games 

The kitchen features an electric oven and hob (with extractor), fridge freezer, iron, coffee maker, electric kettle, toaster and is fully equipped with crockery and utensils. The utility room has a washing machine, dishwasher and ironing facilities

Spanish ceramic flooring is featured throughout for easy care and sparkling appearance. 

There are three bedrooms - two are equipped with double beds and one with twin beds. They are all fully furnished with bedside tables and lamps & wardrobes.

The master bedroom has access directly to the upper terrace via a roof conservatory.

The villa enjoys two luxury fully fitted bathrooms with Bath or shower, wash basin/vanity unit and bidet.

The villa also has its own rooftop solarium (from where you can see the Sea!) with table & chairs, loungers and sun shade  reached via the internal staircase. 

All bed linen and towels are provided, but please bring your own beach towels.  Also provided are two bicycles and tennis equipment. Rental rates are fully inclusive of the Air conditioning / heating.

Please note that for the comfort of all our guests, Smoking is not allowed in the villa. Pets are not allowed.
